Shuttle pickup from airport was okay, took about 20 minutes on New Years Eve.
The parking lot is very small and difficult to maneuver around in snow. We had to ask for a breakfast voucher for the restaurant that shares a parking lot with the hotel. Very basic workout facility, during our stay one of the two treadmills were operable. Our room key did not work for the second night we were staying we had to get the front desk staff to re-activate it after being locked out of room. It was very difficult to regulate the temperature, the thermostat was located right under the window which had a terrible draft. The heat lamp in the bathroom did not work and it was very dark in there. Bring your own pillows there is not a regular sized pillow in the rooms (it was almost like a square throw pillow).
